5/5 Excellent

"Great location with view across the bay to downtown Kavala. Easy parking and nice beach next to property. Huge deep pool. Drinks a bit pricey compared with other properties on this trip."
"Imaret hotel is a gem. The hotel is actually a historical building with lots of history (take the free tour to learn all about it)
The service and staff were absolutely excellent. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The dining was truly 5 star (and I did not realize that dinner was included in the booking as well as breakfast)
Bookings are pricey even by 5 star standards but I don’t regret spending a little extra on this hotel
My only complaint would be the air condition was not strong enough to cool the room adequately (Greece was experiencing an extreme heat wave during our stay, and the Dome room we were staying in let in more heat than a traditional hotel). Air condition worked but was not strong enough to cool the upper level of the room (where the bed was located)"
