We stayed here 12 years ago having enjoyed it then. The property seems to have expanded exponentially. Great service, staff, superb breakfast and choices. Very comfortable living and you don't have to walk anywhere..always a handy shuttle within a phone call. Property has class! Will visit again. More affordable weekdays.

日本からの早朝着便・空港からバンコクホテルへの間、運転手付レンタカーでこちらへ１泊をセットしました。往復とも2.5時間、家族経営ワイナリーへ行って試飲＆テラスぶどうジュース(白リス、知らなかった・鳥たち見て)、欧米ブランドホテルでタイ昼めし、で、14時チェックイン。駐車場へ誘導受そこからカートで直お部屋チェックイン＆簡単ガイダンス受、大きめ湯舟風呂して部屋テラス＆ベッドで昼寝(設備きれい)、プール脇レストランでタイ夕めし、遠くの空のず～っと続く雷光で森がライトアップみたく幻想的。なにより早朝のお部屋テラスからの鳥たちの声や姿がMAX楽しめました。朝めし所は庭みたいのを歩いて10分のオープンスペース場所で品数ずいぶん多くってゆっくり楽しみました。スタッフの方々皆こちらへ向く気持ちのいい姿勢でレベル高かったです。帰り、隣のフロント棟寄ってチェックアウト時、横池の葦(？)葉に家雀が縦横に止まるとゆっくりずずずっと葉が曲がり丁度真横止まり木様になりくつろいでいて・。心にもよかった。

Femstjärnigt hotell som gör skäl för fem stjärnor.

Tre fantastiska övernattningar på hotellet. Det fanns absolut inget att klaga på. Servicen och frukosten var av absolut högsta kvalité! Vi hann aldrig besöka farmer’s market, vilket var synd eftersom jag tror att det hade varit trevligt.

【敷地全体】 敷地が広く、開放感があります。 【部屋】 やや古いものの、綺麗でした。ベランダに柵がなく、子連れでしたのでその点を気にしながら窓を開けなければならなかったのでその点のみご注意ください。 【ゴルフ】 平日の水曜日の14:00から1人でゴルフラウンドをし、約2時間15分で終了しました。コースのコンディションもよく、気温も暑過ぎず非常に快適でした。

The scenery and environment was great. In general, staffs servicing is good. The hotel maintenance is not up to the standard of the brand. Fan at the balcony didn't work. The mechanical guy just knew that there was no electricity connection when checked. This should gave been carefully checked before operating for guest. Room is not very clean.

5 star service 3 star upkeep

Kirimaya is a beautifully located resort. The room itself is decorated in a modern Asian minimalistic style and really goes with the vibe of the area. The staff are very attentive and the food at Acala restaurant was delicious. Some of the downfalls would be the upkeep. The maid service was great the first day and continually got worse as the days went on. We had to call several times to get more towels, coffee etc. The furniture is all wooden around the pool and it is either not treated properly or rotting away. There are loose tiles around the pool as well as wooden planks sticking up as they have not been secured down properly. The dirty towels for the pool are disposed of in a big trash can behind the sun loungers (not something you’d expect to see at a 5 star resort). It also rained heavily one evening, and due to flooding and no lights on the path we were unable to see a huge hole in the walk way on our way from the room to dinner. My foot went about 10 inches down and I’m lucky nothing broke. Our bed sheets had a massive rip in them, as did one of the pillow cases. Black hairs in the sheets (neither my husband or I have black hair). The golf course has great potential however the upkeep again, way below what you would expect for a 5 star resort. Very disappointing and very expensive for the condition it was in. Overall the service here is very good. But the condition of the resort itself majorly lets it down.

Room is big, but very old. You can see the stains in the bathroom floor and the room smells like damp wood as most of the furnishing and deco are in wood. Balcony has a nice view of the pool and mountain. Service is good, I really like food at the thai restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is at atta lakeside next door, if you would like a newer place, stay at atta instead.

Open spaces filled with greens does provides the mind to feel tranquil & @ ease. The bed & lighting system need to improve. Present bed frame is not conducive & practical. The master switch should not entirely turn off all electrical supply needed to charge handphones. In particular, your F & B staffs are helpful & couteous.

Nice room with good view and excellent services, all staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is nicely decorated and well equipped. The WiFi service is very poor though, although we got excellent WiFi reception but the speed is very slow - some time to the point that it's not usable at all.
