Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Rocky Mountain Way is a beautifully furnished log home, offering mountain and valley views on more than five acres of land. This one-of-a-kind, hand-hewn dovetail log home has ridgetop views and the perfect combination of old-fashioned values and modern living. Plus, for a nominal fee, enjoy access to the Pagosa Recreation Center (including a pool, tennis, and basketball courts). The 2,780-square-foot interior features three bedrooms, reclaimed hardwood floors and cabinets, and a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops that opens to the living and dining areas. The living room includes a 55-inch HDTV with satellite cable, a DVD player, WiFi, and a stereo. The second-story loft can be used as office space or another living space. Outside, sip a cup of coffee and take in scenic views from the wrap-around, covered deck (with an access ramp off the two-car garage). As for entertainment, there's a portable gas grill for summer barbecues, and a propane fire table that you can gather around in the evenings. There are two primary suites - the downstairs with a unique walk-in, dual-head shower, and the upstairs with a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and gorgeous views. Additional amenities include a laundry room and a central HVAC system with ceiling fans throughout the house. Located just minutes from Pagosa Springs, Rocky Mountain Way is the ideal home base for exploring all the region offers - hiking, biking, fishing, and the hot springs. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: There are three exterior security cameras. Audio/video is deactivated upon guest arrival, but motion sensor lights remain in service for nighttime safety. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I notified the property manager repeatedly during our 2 week stay, and they never sent anyone to fix the washing machine. The property manager did nothing to resolve the broken washing machine. I do not recommend any properties managed by Vacasa, who I believe is the property manager for this house. Otherwise, a nice house, quiet and comfortable. ##### Justin L.
