"This is a good hotel for the price. I would give it a 7 out of 10. Rooms are clean. Bed was a king which I wasn’t expecting and was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms have started to be updated. New floor, new toilet, new counter and sink. Bathtub/shower need to be next. Fire alarm went off at midnight which wasn’t what I was looking for. Lots of good parking. Nice and close to all kinds of food options. Only a few minutes off of I-15. I would stay again"

"They’ve started charging $150 damage deposit. Not sure how anything could be more damaged than what they’re already renting out. The air conditioner unit didn’t work and sounded like a dying moose every few minutes all night long. The bathroom flooded in the middle of the night for no reason out of the toilet. Maintenance never fixed anything. And the security ‘hold’ got fully charged like I wouldn’t notice and I had to dispute it with my bank. The smell of bleach when you walk in the room is overwhelming, and I couldn’t even use the shower because the bathtub floor was rusted through. I don’t usually complain as long as I’ve got a bed and a roof over my head, but this was beyond ridiculous. It should be condemned!"

"I just needed a room to sleep while traveling through. Hotel was nice and quiet. My only issue was the toilet wasn't filling properly and it ran all night. Overall, good experience. The clerk at check-in was super friendly. "

"Front of the building, you can tell nothing but dogs been using it.It smells bad. Inside smells bad. My room right when I'm I checked in walked in it. Smelled terrible in the bathroom. I lifted the seat and someone used it and plastered it full of crap. I took off running and left the hotel. I don't ever wanna go back. I'm still waiting to file for a refund. Stay away.I've been to a few extended, stays.This one makes me never want to go to one ever again.!"

"The area around the property (parking lot) was dirty, lots of trash. Also, there were two police cars out front when we arrived talking to people. I don’t know whatever happened, but we felt a little less safe. Also, a distinct smell of weed coming out of the window next to ours."

"The check-in process was quick and easy and he was very friendly however, when I got in my room, the TV didn’t work, later that evening I realized there were no towels in the room, except for a single hand towel by the sink when I asked the front desk person for some towels. I was informed that he was unable to get them and I had to wait for housekeeping however, when I asked in the morning, once housekeeping had arrived, the front desk person showed me where the towels had been the night before and said housekeeping has them all you have to go track them down meaning the man just didn’t feel like getting up to get me a towel from 7 feet away from where he was sitting… "

"Despite having a specific room booked 10+ days in advance, the hotel staff called me a few hours before check in to inform me that the room had been overbooked. They asked to call me back so they could see what they could do. They didn't call back. After an hour, I called them and was asked to wait for their call which would be in a few minutes. They didn't call back. I had traveled from out of state and began to panic a bit of not having an accommodation large enough for the family. I called them back and talked to the manager. She was very kind and we worked on a few different solutions including two neighboring rooms and possibly two adjoining rooms. She was worried because the hotel was almost at capacity. No my problem as I had a reservation... After some time, she was able to "move others around" so I could have two ajoining rooms. As compensation for the switch in rooms and the inconvenience of it all, they gave me water bottles, 3 Twix candy bars, two small bags of chips, and a few individual packages of cookies. When I checked in, I did ask for some compensation for the whole inconvenience. The manager was very kind, but she declined saying I was getting TWO rooms for the price of one. They had already comped out the second room. Well I wouldn't have needed a second room if I had received the two bedroom suite I had reserved nearly two weeks earlier. I was extremely tired and ready to just get the vacation started, I dropped it. "
