"The hot tub has been broken down for a long time according to the front desk staff. The hot tub was the reason that property was picked above others. The buttons in my heater/air conditioner were all ripped off so I had to push random "buttons" to try to get it turned on and to the correct mode and temperature. Breakfast was an absolute joke. No juices, no eggs, no meats, etc. Never staying there again."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful as we needed an early check in. Our rooms were clean and spacious. More than what I expected especially for the price. Breakfast was impressive with lots of options. We will definitely stay again. "

"I’ve been staying at Tru hotels for a while, and I love them. My only comment is that I was happy to stay there, and I happened on a bargain rate. But the regular rates aren’t any better than surrounding hotels, and I would choose the other hotels for extras - coffeepot, microwave - if I’m gonna ng to be paying the same."
