« Property was as advertised. Upon getting to the property my youngest and I needed to use the bathroom and that’s when we discovered no toilet paper in the main floor bathroom. I searched in a closet and then looked downstairs where I found a used roll in the downstairs bathroom. This was when I discovered that the downstairs bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. I messaged the host about the lack of toilet paper and mentioned the smoke smell. I never received a response. As my oldest was unpacking...

It's also within 10 minutes of gorgeous hiking among the redwoods. The space itself is beautiful and serene with artistic touches that make it stand out from other rentals. Highly recommended for when you want to recharge in a beautiful canyon setting! »

« The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention »

« When we arrived it was pccupied. We waited e hours after check im for them to finish cleaning. The owner lets his employees stay there. The house was fillthy. The sofas were serrt, there was dust wverywherethe stoves do. Ot work amsd nekther soes the drige. There is a coin op washwr and dryer There were about 5 towels for a group of 18. There was a roach in the kitchen. The patio furniture was covered in dirt and mold. This property should be removed from the site, it is not ready for rent....

« Overall good, clean. Host was very responsive with messaging. Would use again.There was some miscommunication (putting it mildly) about parking; we were advised it was OK to park in the driveway. I ended up getting awakened at 5am so that the people in the shared driveway could get out for an emergency. The host seemed to think this was OK; we would recommend using the street parking. »

« We really loved our stay at this property! Part of the reason we choose to go with a vacation rental instead of a hotel is so that everyone can have their own sleeping space, but we also value a nice space where we can gather and hang out together. The living room was perfect - such a comfortable and charming room whether we were watching TV, playing a game, or eating a meal. Just a short drive to Napa for restuarants and wineries. Highly recommend! »
