Ideal for exploring nature and local culture in comfort and style.
The space:
Villa Fortuna is an entire condo with private jacuzzi surrounded by lush green views. Perfect for couples, families, or friends. Enjoy full comfort with a spacious balcony, living room, full kitchen, and modern amenities. Relax in the jacuzzi with chromotherapy lights and hydrotherapy jets. The condo includes a main bedroom with queen bed and direct balcony access, a second room with two single beds, and a bathroom with hot shower.
With WiFi available, guests can unwind in this cozy space after a day of exploring.

Due to safety reasons, this property is not suitable for children under 15 years old. There are open balconies, steep stairs, and design features that may pose a risk to younger guests.
We appreciate your understanding and ask that all guests meet the minimum age required.

This is a brand-new condo — please respect the rules and help us take good care of it.

1. Registered Guests Only:
Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property.

2. Shoes Off Inside:
This is a shoe-free cabin. Please remove your shoes before entering to protect the wooden floors.

3. Septic System Care:
Do not flush toilet paper, wipes, tissues, feminine products, or anything other than waste. Use the trash bin provided.

4. Jacuzzi Use:
IMPORTANT: The jacuzzi is limited to a maximum of 2 guests at a time. Please do not exceed this limit. Unauthorized use may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay.

To avoid overheating, please run the jacuzzi for a maximum of 20 minutes while filling. This is a brand-new unit, and we aim to keep it in excellent condition for all guests.
In the unlikely event that the jacuzzi is not functioning during your stay, a courtesy refund of S/50.00 (Peruvian soles) or USD15.00 per booking will be provided. No additional compensation will be offered.

5. Dry Off Before Coming Inside:
After using the jacuzzi, please dry yourself completely before entering. Let’s protect the wooden floors.

6. Clean After Use:
Please wash dishes and cups after use to keep the space clean and welcoming.

7. You Break It, You Pay It:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

8. No Parties or Events:
No parties, loud gatherings, or events allowed. Please respect the peace and privacy of the area.

9. No Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony.

10. Nature & Insects:
You're in the heart of nature. Please bring mosquito repellent and expect visits from small creatures like mosquitoes, butterflies, bees, crickets, and even a cockroach or two. It's part of the charm — enjoy the experience!

11. For Light Sleepers:
To ensure a better night's rest, we recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask, especially if you're sensitive to natural sounds or light.

12. We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets or animals, as they are not allowed on the property.

13. Bitel is currently the only mobile provider with signal coverage in Cantarizu. However, we provide high-speed Starlink internet at the property, so you should have no connectivity issues during your stay.

14. You’ll be surrounded by beautiful nature, and while rare, occasional power outages may occur — often caused by animals crossing the electrical lines. The utility company usually resolves these quickly. We appreciate your understanding, as this is part of the charm of countryside living.
