Please place towels and robes in tub. Leave sheets on the bed, this allows the cleaner to do a spot check. Cleaners will take care of the trash. Turn off AC or heat.
Move any furniture that has been moved back to its original location. Please double check that you've taken all of personal items including chargers.
There is a $35 fee in addition to shipping and packaging costs to return forgotten items by mail.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Refunds will not be issued due to weather. Change requests within 14 days of arrival date will not be accepted. Quiet hours: 10pm-6am
