« 宿自体はとてもキレイで快適だったが、残念ながら隣のEAST宿泊者に恵まれず不満が残った。特に畳の部屋が隣接しているようで、話の内容まで丸聞こえ。日付が変わっても宴会を続け、オーナーの奈良旅館に直接電話し注意してもらっても改善されず、結局眠気が勝るまで寝付けなかった。 尚案内メールに記載の携帯電話は夜間のためか繋がらず、ネットで調べた固定電話に電話して対応していただいた。その点においてコミュニケーションを星2とした。 宿自体、宿側の対応に落ち度はないだけにとても残念でした。 »

« Beautiful house in excellent condition in a nice quiet area. Everything you need is provided in the house. The phone in the house did not seem to work to call the reception though. The nearest Tofukuji Station is only a few minutes’ walk away with two convenience stores on the way. Love to return in the future; cannot recommend more!! »

« Logement et situation qui merite un 10/10 Facilement avec toutes les petites attention qui vont bien. Pour notre part les wc sentait l urine vraiment fort malgré que quelqu'un soit venu nettoyer à nouveau. On n a pas recu le code reservation par mail il fallu appeler et donc bien parler anglais ce qui n etait pas notre cas. Il a fallu faire appel à un habitant de proximité pour traduire. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Having a refrigerator and kitchen was very helpful, especially for preparing quick meals and storing snacks. The 7-Eleven just a short walk away was also super convenient. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind, always quick to respond and genuinely caring. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Hope to return again soon! »

« We stayed in Tokyo and Osaka prior to our stay here in Kyoto at Maeniiya Machiya Inn. Maeniiya Machiya Inn is a definite great place to stay and close to everything. Akemi (property owner) is a wealth of knowledge and gave a lot of tips and recommendations. Be sure to visit Sukemasa for dinner if you like Gyoza. It is very close and yummy for 1000yen! « I wanted a quiet house near Kyoto Station to write and relax, and this was the perfect choice. It's in a residential area, so there's no street traffic. The bathroom is fantastic, with a great soaking tub that overlooks the maple tree. It's also conveniently located near Aeon Mall, making it easy to bring groceries home. I had everything I needed, and the hotel was very responsive to communication. The only thing I could think of adding might be a bicycle. I hope to stay there again soon! »
