"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"A lovely hotel in central Osaka. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The area around it is very walkable and there are 3 stations within a few minutes walk. The lounge is not large, but it is nice and well maintained. It is also on the same floor as the spa/public bath, which while I didn't use, seems like a good time to go between the two."

"One of the best budget friendly hotels I have stayed at across Japan. The room is a reasonable size by Japan standards. The shower is a walk-in multi-function one and it’s great! Much better than the usual shower over bath of average Japanese hotels. The bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast being free is great, I don’t eat a large breakfast, so to be able to get cereal, coffee and a piece of fruit without over-paying ¥2000+ Yen is also a big benefit. "Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. "
