Fantastic Hotel - only issue found was trying to find it in the vast Umeda building - arrived from Kyoto on local JR train - you are greeted with signage which states directions to hotel but then when you enter the Umeda building they stop. Had an experience walking through this vast place to then get to the hotel. Once found great hotel!
