Your Tropical Paradise, is ready and fully furnished from top to bottom!
Split plan--Master Bedroom is a king suite, pvt bathroom, 2 seperate bedrooms on the other side of house, sleeps 5.
The pool can be heated during your stay upon request otherwise I keep the pool at the Florida Natural Springs temp of 72, which is quite nice if the sun is out,
I will request the heated pool fees AFTER you book. I charge only what the electric company charges me.

Moments from I-4 & 20-25 minutes to Disney, Sea World, Universal, Famous Names Discount Shopping Malls, 35 minutes to World Famous Daytona Beach & New Symerna Beach.
Cranes Roost Park, Altamonte Uptown/Mall & many resteraunts, 5 minutes.

The space
This is not a party home, registered guests only, all guests must be listed at booking. Pets individually considered & will have a fee. Please inquire with any questions prior to booking.
Guests who wish to stay longer than 1 month please contact me for a further discount.

OPTIONAL HEATED POOL & SPA FEES: IF YOU DESIRE: to have the pool spa heated, there are optional (additional) Pool & spa heating fees. See below

Pool fees start at $30/day and discounted Thereafter. (see below)

A 2 day notice is required to heat the pool sufficiently if you require heating. Payment must be paid prior to your stay via various methods, such as Credit Cards, zelle, venmo etc or may be sent thru a request on VRBO. Pool Heating over 80 degrees may require an additional fee increase.

Guest use of the washer dryer are in the garage, but parking will be available for 1 car only in the garage ( due to storage & set up).

Guests may not register for anyone else. Registered guest must be staying in the home.

October to June: IF YOU DESIRE: to have the pool heated, beyond 72 & up to 81 degrees, there is an additional fee to continually run the pool pump & heater 24hrs, 7 days a week. See Below.

You will need to agree to keep the solar pool cover on at night or when not in use to help maintain temperature. The solar pool cover is on a roller and easily uses a wheel to roll up and out. Instructions provided on site.

Our beautiful Florida Natural Springs are constantly 72 degrees year-round and quite swimmable.
Fun area note: there are several natural spring locations to drive to for an enjoyable day out and a swim...Try Wekiva Springs, Blue Springs, Deleon Springs & are minutes away!)

Payment should be paid prior to your stay via VRBO or direct payment to me. I will request the payment of the fees after your request for one or both services.

My sincere apologies, but if the WEATHER is generally UNDER 65 DEGREES, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THE POOL CAN BE HEATED. (WITHOUT EXCESSIVE FEES). Please inquire about those rates if desired.
