With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, an open floorplan, a modern kitchen, and a plunge pool with a sitting area, this home offers just what you need for that at-home feeling while on vacation. After a long day enjoying the theme parks and all Orlando offers, you can escape the city and truly relax at the Festival of Champions townhome!

We are immersed in 4 golf courses at Champions Gate. You will need a car to go to Publix or the restaurants.  
  
Check out the Oasis clubhouse at the Champions Gate Resort when you stay! Spend a day relaxing in the fabulous clubhouse and make sure to enjoy all the amenities provided, including a sundry shop, lagoon pools, a theater room, video arcade, fitness center, kids water slides, and a stunning 4-bedroom family-friendly home located at Champions Gate Resort has everything you need.  
You'll be only minutes away from Disney, top golf courses, shops, and restaurants.  
  
Guests enter the community through the security gate, where a guard greets them. They then gain full access to Champions Gate Resort and all its amenities.  
  
My home is minutes from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Seaworld, and Universal Studios.  
  
Pool heating is an additional service not included in the booking price. We provide an additional fee of 45/day upon request. Please inquire for more details. I can reach a max of 80°f in winter.  
  
If you have any special requests throughout your trip, please get in touch with us.

We're happy to deliver a full BBQ propane take upon request for a fee.
