The unit was clean, and we really appreciated the free shuttle to Universal—super convenient! The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax after long park days. A couple of things could be improved: the trash bin was way too small, especially since there's no daily housekeeping, and the TVs in the bedrooms weren’t smart TVs—only the one in the living room was.
