« Wir haben über die Fewo-direkt App gebucht. Gastgeber war jedoch NOVASOL und da liegt schon das Problem. Am Hauptanreisetag Samstag ist die Agentur nur bis 17 Uhr erreichbar. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar. Lediglich die Fewo-direkt Hotline war besetzt, die Mitarbeiter aber nicht befugt, etwas für...

« Fair warning, this place looks nothing like the picture. I ordered linens and towels for $120 and discovered a week before we were due to arrive that we could pick them up and drop them off at a remote location 4 hour round trip from the house. There were no dish towels, no toilet paper and no paper towels. Navasol has very little presence in Denmark so help is hard to comme by! »

« Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft sehr verdreckt und auch der Aussenbereich ist nicht gepflegt gewesen. Die ganze Terrasse ist voll mit meterhohen Unkraut und der Rasen war auch nicht gemäht. Das Bad ist in einem schlechtem Zustand, siehe Ventilator, Duschvorhang und überall sehr viel Staub wie auf den Lampen etc. Die Fußmatten sind auch nicht mehr hygienisch und mussten eigene kaufen. So etwas sollte neu gewaschen da liegen. Wenn man eine Unterkunft mietet, muss sie bei Ankunft gereinigt sein...

« Sehr schöne Umgebung. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist leider sehr unkomfortabel, da beim Duschen das gesamte Bad überschwemmt wird. Zudem war es nicht besonders sauber. Weiterhin hat das WLAN schlecht funktioniert. »

« Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen, die Küche war super ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich und die Schlafmöglickeiten für uns passend. Die Decke in der Küche und oben im Schlafbereich ist für Leute über 1,70 m „schmerzlich“und das Bad müsste mal saniert werden, zumindest ein neuer Badevorleger wäre super. Nichtsdestotrotz wir kommen wieder und lieben den morgendlichen Ausblick auf das Wasser und den Garten mit den vielen Brombeeren- danke 🙂 »

« Das Ferienhaus war nicht sauber, offenbar haben die Vormieter selbst gereinigt, ohne dass eine Abnahme / Kontrolle durch Reinigungspersonal von Novasol erfolgt ist. Unsere Reklamation bei Novasol wurde und wird bis heute einfach ignoriert. Wir werden nie wieder eine FeWo buchen, die von Novasol betreut wird und diesen Veranstalter auch nicht weiterempfehlen können. »

« Es war ein nettes Häuschen in schöner Lage, zum Teil schon etwas abgewohnt. Das Bad war bei Übernahme nicht sauber, der Duschvorhang - wohl schon mehrere Jahre alt wies Stockflecken auf. Er wurde allerdings nach Reklamation zeitnah ausgetauscht. Die Kochplatte war nicht gesäubert und veraltet. »

« Das FH befindet sich in einer guten Lage . Es hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Kultur und guter Strand sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Leider gibt es zwei große Kritikpunkte. Der erste ist die Toilettenspülung, daß geht gar nicht, hier besteht dringender Handlungsbedarf. Zweitens der Geruch, das ganze Haus riecht muffig. Wir haben ständig gelüftet so das es zu ertragen war aber als wir wieder zu Hause waren rochen unsere ganzen Sachen muffig. Es musste also...

« ...wenn der Besitzer etwas mehr Liebe und Pflege investieren würde. Das Haus war vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt worden. Der Carport war uns nicht zugänglich, stand mit allerhand Gerümpel voll, der Rasen wurde lange nicht mehr gemäht, in der Küche fehlten so einige Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Leider war auch keine TV-Empfang möglich, lediglich über Chromecast wäre das Streamen möglich. Im Bad/Dusche sind an den Wänden keine Fliesen, die wasserfeste Tapete zeigte meiner Meinung nach schon...

« Stunning setting for this castle on a moat. We were delighted with our large comfortable room in the castle up on the 2nd floor with a fabulous view across the grounds, gardens and moat. Dinner at the Michelin restaurant was beautifully presented and served, and breakfast was especially excellent and thoughtful.Staff were kind and helpful and always gracious. The gardens were delightful, even in the pouring rain. Wish we could have stayed longer. »
