For a brand name chain, it can do way better. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, which was great to see. But the room experience was not up to standards. One of the folded towels in the bathroom (which were supposed to be clean) had a gum or something stuck to it on the inside (so whoever folded them did not check them properly, or were reusing without checking). The light in the hall was difficult to turn off. The light on the thermostat was always on and green, disturbing the sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear even people talking in the other rooms. It was difficult to get any sleep. Oradea is a great city to visit and maybe this particular hotel will get better if it improves the cleanliness and ensures a good nights sleep for the travellers.

The hotel is clean, with decent rooms, very good breakfast, and within 20-25 minutes walk from downtown. The only negative on our side is that we paid for a room with balcony and we got a balcony right next to the HVAC vents, which made it unusable.

Service of staff was superb. Facility amenities scream ambiance. However the material used in making of headboard should be changed and not used again as discoloration from use extremely noticeable. I was surprised having seen the rest of the room and facility that they had not been removed.

Location was great, near the park etc., clean great. staff very good. Particularly Anita Only thing is we spotted a big spider in the room , almost a size of quarter we got rid of it, but now we are suspecting when we left the room to explore the town all our luggage/bags were open and what if there were more than one spider in room, which is highly possible, may have crawled in our luggage? We are little and concerned about this and worried as well. Thanks N. Shah

a) Second time I stayed here. Good hotel, located at the outskirts of the city centre. Clean, safe. b) Because of many bad experiences worldwide I requested their service (see their website) to fetch us at Oradea-airport. They proposed to fetch us for RON 200 (approx € 40.00) for a distance of less than 7 kilometers, which I did not accept. Fortunately Uber is active in Oradea and they charged less than RON 40 (approx € 8.00). Pls draw your own conclusions …
