Shower hot.The cleanest accommodation I’ve ever stayed at.Everything you need has been thought of, washing machine & dryer certainly handy.Friendly greeting on arrival from manager, Debbie.House located on a quiet street.Off road parking.Walking path to Paihia goes past the door.Coffee shop close by that opens at 6.30am.Sailing club a very reasonably priced dinner, vibe is relaxed & friendly.Ferry to Russell in close proximity.Highly recommend."
