"For the money, the Thunderbird was a good value. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the check in staff very pleasant and accommodating. Mountain Home doesn't have many budget conscious options and this is a good one."

"Very nice property despite being a bit pricey for a Best Western property. Nice touch in that they partner with a nearby restaurant for complimentary hot breakfast at no charge to guest."
"Great place to stay the night, clean spacious rooms, great service from all staff. Continental breakfast was fair, not great, but sufficient. We could have paid more for a better breakfast, but the price was the best around and still wonderful all around"

"This was a quick overnight stop for us so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the amenities but Amber’s place was so warm and inviting and decorated so nicely. We weren’t traveling with our pup this time but we know how hard it is to find a good place that accepts pets so I really appreciate that. Would definitely stay again."
"We stayed here for the nostalgia, it’s been 25 years since we came to the Thunderbird and it didn’t disappoint! I’m pretty sure the pool was closed then too - but we weren’t there to swim and it’s not advertised as having a pool. We just enjoyed the humor of it all. The room was clean and the guy who checked us in was friendly. If you’re looking for luxury, then pay quadruple the price and stay elsewhere! The Thunderbird Motel is a gem, an absolute classic and for the price, I have zero complaints. 10/10, would go again. Also, the carpet and interior decor is a vintage throwback - wow the memories!"

"Very outdated Washer/dryer had sign to not use Toilet was really low Queen/full size mattress on a double/single box spring so the mattress flopped on each sideHorrible smell/stench like its not being cleaned Misc stuff on top of fridge to include an old leftover pizza box with old pizza inside!!!Ajax dish soap container was halfway filled with water Lamp with multiple lights with only one light bulbLots Cob websJust made our trip so uncomfortable First and last time I will use a house rental"
