"Myself, my husband and our three kids wanted somewhere relaxing to stay, out of the hustle bustle of city life and work stressors. We stayed for three nights and it was absolutely exactly what we needed. The style is very old school bach styles, which we loved. There was games and lots of toys for the kids which was really great. The deck is amazing and it really is as if you’re sitting in the tree tops looking over the sea. It’s a hop skip jump away from the beach. The only downside I would say...

"What a cute, remote, little place this is! All you hear are the rumble of the waves and look out on the vista of the Bay of Plenty and Whakari/White Island. Highly recommend. If you're in need of supplies, Opotiki is a 10 minute drive away otherwise, enjoy the wilderness. Fully equipped unit to spend time away from it all. "

"Stayed in a motel Unit , arrived after the office was closed. Message welcoming me and where the key would be emailed to me. Left before office opened. Will be back with wife and grandson for the next trip. Drivable to Opotiki and Whakatāne. "
