"Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. You pay to stay, but you are forced to freeze. Unbelievable!"

"Pros: Lukas is the perfect host, uncomplicated and very responsive. Apartment is the most beautiful I have ever been. Very big for a family, all rooms are well decorated and convenient. Baby COT also available. The check-in process is the easiest you could wish for. Apartment well equipped, such a pleasure to have such a high standard. Quiet village, small shop close by. Chateau d'Urspelt

Chateau d'Urspelt

8/10 Good
"The room was very clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was excellent. Reason for not giving 5 stars was because the cave pool cost 60 euros per person per day. We planned on using it for an hour or less, so that price was too much!"
