The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance from the train station, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and stored our bags for free because we were coming back to stay another night after Machu Picchu. The coffee was very good and breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location in Ollantaytambo! Hotel was great but quite noisy with other guests coming and going. Bring ear plugs and you should be fine. Bed were good with more then enough blankets to keep warm on the chilly nights.

When we arrived after a long day, the staff said that they don’t have room for us. We were in contact with them for the last couple of weeks, telling them when we arrive, asking about parking near by, and asking if they have the cable to watch the World Cup. They confirmed everything but when we arrived, they didn’t have the room. Terrible experience!

Muy bien situado en el centro de Ollantaytambo. A menos de 10 minutos de la estacion para ir a Machu Pichu. Tranquilo y limpio. El desayuno no es muy extenso, pero por el precio y la categoria del hotel esta bien. Si tienes que madrugar te proporcionan picnic, y se agradece. El peronal es atento y agradable. Repetiria sin dudarlo.
