This hotel is right across from St. Bonaventure University which was the reason we were in town. So very convenient to where we needed to be. Allegheny and Olean are somewhat small towns so from this hotel it doesn't take long to get to any one spot. This hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. No problems at all. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm in Allegheny or Olean in the future.

While the staff was friendly and the location and pricing were good, our overall experience was very unpleasant. Upon checking in, we noticed a strong odor in our room on the first floor, despite having requested a second-floor room. We tried opening the windows, using air freshener, and turning up the air conditioning, but nothing resolved the issue. Furthermore, during our second night, there was continuous excessive noise from the room above us, including heavy stomping and the moving of furniture. We contacted the front desk for assistance, but the issue was not addressed, resulting in a sleepless night. Due to these conditions, we were unable to stay for our second night and chose to leave early.

We loved our stay! The staff was wonderful the rooms were beautiful and having the 24 hour front desk service we felt additional security. We would definitely come back here when we are in the area. The breakfast was also included and we had so many choices and it was delish. Our stay was absolutely fantastic and the price was affordable !!! Loved everything about our stay!!!
