This well-maintained property, added to the rental pool in 2014 and continually updated, offers all the comforts of home and more. Relax in the open-concept living area with cathedral ceilings, a large flat-screen TV with Roku, and central AC upstairs. Two split-unit ACs (one in the living area and one in bedroom #1) ensure everyone stays cool.

The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly together, featuring a table that seats 6-8 and 4 bar stools. Step out onto the expansive deck with seating for 6 – perfect for al fresco dining. Enjoy ample lawn space for games and gather around the wood fire pit in the evenings.

The home comfortably sleeps 10 with four bedrooms thoughtfully spread throughout for privacy. The main floor features bedroom #1 with a double/twin bunk bed a double bed, and a half bath just outside the door. Upstairs, you’ll find the master suite (bedroom #2) with a king bed, 32" TV with Roku, and a large private bath. Bedroom #3 offers a queen bed, 32" LCD TV with Roku, a half bath, and a sliding glass door to a private deck. Bedroom #4 is equipped with a double/twin bunk bed, a 32" LCD TV with Roku, and a half bath. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a convenient tub/shower combo. All TVs in the house are equipped with Roku.

A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The property is ideally located just 1.2 miles from Wells Beach, which offers free parking.
