Wonderful hotel, everything is excellent. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices, food is great. Definitely recommend.

Room is very clean, staff very nice. The only thing is there is no coffeemaker in the room. Maybe coffeemaker in the room is just the norm in North America but not in Asia.

4/4.5 hotel situated 7 minutes from Tokyo station (ie. 3 stops away). Booked a room with 3 beds and the room still has plenty of space for 3 large luggages. Very clean and modern. It’s a gem in close proximity to Tokyo station at a reasonable price.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious rooms, and quiet location. Family Mart attachedto the hotel is super handy. Walking distance to Shiomi station. Staff is very helpfully and speaks English.

Beautiful and clean hotel, very close to public transportation

One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Overall, my experience at was nothing short of exceptional. From the spacious and comfortable accommodations to the convenient amenities and nearby dining options, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Fantastic property, fantastic location, lovely helpful staff.

Great location. Lovely terrace, where one can enjoy a free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. We had a washer/dryer machine available in our room, which was very convenient.

The hotel was very good overall. There is not much in the immediate area but there is a train stop only minutes away. The restaurant had some tasty food at very high prices. Our room was very nice and had a good urban view, but was small.

Great hotel

Great hotel and the area was perfect for our needs. Staff was helpful and friendly!! Would visit again. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great with a wonderful assortment of food. If I had to write one complaint is would be that the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Great hotel, only a short stroll to Sensoji Temple! So many places to eat and shop in the area, and beautiful to wander around. Safe, lively, small-neighbourhood feel - this hotel is perfectly located for first timers in Tokyo.
