"Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. "Very conveniently located, however, the property was tiny even compared to Japanese standard and their sofa bed was very very uncomfortable, kept coming loose. They could invest a little better into sofa bed, mattress was of a very cheap quality, compared to other places, we stayed in Japan. Just a few things would help. otherwise good property good stay responsive owner."
