The rooftop deck is great - for coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The area is very walkable and you can easily do a lot without a vehicle. The beach is steps away but the great thing about Mary's place is, you are not right on the Strand but just a street over. Beautiful Strand beach is less than a minute walk. Plenty to see and do all within walking distance. Legoland is very close. The house provides everything you need for a fun family beach vacation. I felt that she wanted our stay to be the best possible, ever. If felt great to have that kind of attention, and then the house was in perfect position to use the beach.
