The rooms were comfortable and nicely maintained. Great upstairs deck. 3-4 minute stroll to the beach. Plenty of parking (2-3 in the driveway and 1 garage slot on the backside of the house). Would definitely recommend for big families or multi-family gatherings near the beach. Booking was a little awkward via VRBO. Seems to be a bit armslength... kinda wonder why the big booking fee to VRBO if I have to then contact the property manager separately provide payment info again.
