"The staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered in any hotel. The valet service for my car was prompt and friendly. The room was modern and comfortable. The bathroom felt like home. Overall, the hotel is quiet, visually stunning, and comfortable. My only quibble was with the restaurant or I had breakfast. The server got my order wrong and the food was somewhat cold. That can be remedied."

"They shut the water off our first night , then said they turned it back on but it was brown. There were kids all over the hotel we had to call twice and complain about the constant noise both nights we were there. It was a miserable stay for us. I’d love to get my money back. "

"The room was spacious and well appointed The elevators were card controlled for extra security The general location near GWU was a good area for walks The security box in the room was larger than most hotels offer. The TV needs to be replaced. The picture was faded and the screen was small"

"The in-house restaurant was closed thats the only reason for reduced stars. Apart from that everything was great. Loved that they had a shuttle to take us to Gaylord or MGM if needed."
