« Super waren: - Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich - Ausstattung des Hotels war hervorragend, modern und stilvoll - insgesamt ein erholsamer Ort mit schönem Ausblick Verbesserungspotenzial: - wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht, jedoch hatte wir vor dem Balkon eine große Parkfläche; bessere wäre die betroffenen Zimmer als solche zu kennzeichnen und ggf. kostengünstiger anzubieten - es gibt lediglich zwei sehr kleine Saunen sowie Massage-Optionen; ansonsten gibt es noch keine...

« Nous sommes restés 4 nuits du 17 au 21 décembre 2025\. Le ménage n'a pas été fait une seule fois durant notre séjour ! La poubelle n'a pas été vidée ! Les serviettes de toilette n'ont pas été changées. Il semblerait que cela soit la nouvelle tendance en Allemagne. Les chaînes d'hôtel font ainsi des économies de personnel tout en maintenant des prix élevés. Ces économies de personnel ne sont donc pas répercutées sur les tarifs. Ce qui serait logique. »
