"Måtte bytte rom to ganger. Rom 3 hadde utetemperatur. Rom 17 en smule varmere hadde overlevd med vinterkåpe, varmeflaske og doble lag med klær., men fikk byttet til rom 16 som var bra. Personalet som tok imot var hyggelige og mannen på telefon som ordnet med rombyttene var veldig hyggelig. Badene på alle tre rommene var godt oppvarmet.Det var rent og ordentlig.
