« This basement apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, was ideal for a week's stay visiting family. It was comfortable and cozy, and the hosts, who live upstairs, were warm and welcoming. The house was spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed during our visit. We would definitely consider staying again. »

« Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out. « This was an amazing property and it was exactly what I was looking for. A friend and I came here for a writing retreat, but it could easily fit 4-5 people. Everything was clean, we were about 100 steps to the beach, and we especially enjoyed the backyard as a place to lounge and work. The area was quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. Hosts were great to communicate with too. I hope to be back one day! »
