« Great place and location. Walk to bar and restaurants. Near old time neighborhood. Short Uber to PNC Park. Communication with owner Matt was great. He kept us informed from beginning of booking to checkout. Definitely would book again »

« Very nice, clean and well-appointed apartment. Only adds would be an ice-tray in freezer (wanted ice when we arrived but no way to make ice) Beds were very comfortable but would have preferred to have a top sheet instead of just duvet against our skin. Area was very close to our daughter and convenient to expressways and downtown. There were a number of homeless and loiterers in area of VRBO but after getting into unit, felt safe. Overal, nice place. »

« Good location and street parking was easy. This apartment needs a deep cleaning. The first bathroom needs a new floor register cover and the floor needs a good cleaning. We were not able to check in at 3:00 because the apartment had not been cleaned. The owner offered a meal, up to 50, at a local restaurant for the inconvenience, but we have not been reimbursed as he promised. The outdoor seating area does not look like the picture. »

« The location was ideal for me. It was easy to get to from 279, and the parking space was appreciated. The unit is well furnished, comfortable, and nicely equipped. The Keurig (with provided pods) was great as were the 2 TVs. It is a little loud since it overlooks Route 28 but it didn't bother me. They do provide earplugs and a sound machine for lighter sleepers. Communication was Garrett was wonderful. »

« Apr was very clean and exactly as described. Would recommend they add a bath mat and some dish towels. Communication with the host was subpar. We received canned message via VRBO 24 hours before our stay with the details. Unfortunately, the email address for the parking office was dashed out and the codes were wrong. I messaged back immediately about the parking address and waited until the morning of arrival to text the number about it. Neither communication received a response. The door codes...
