We had a large room with a large enough balcony for a table with 4 chairs. the variety of buildings are two stories and there are no elevators so be advised. Lovely breakfast included, not the the standard Holiday Inn buffet but a real continental breakfast along with made to order omelets. Sorry that we couldn't stay an extra day. In downtown Grass Valley. Walk to everything."
