« We have stayed here many times and it was great. This time we did not get the room we requested, the room we got smelled musty, black mold in the shower, stains on the bedspread and blankets. I told the gal who checks us in that had that been our first time staying we would never be back. She is wonderful and was quite horrified that it was not a good stay for us. If someone tries to give me room 112 next time, I will go elsewhere. »

« Terrible experience with this hotel. Booked it last May for a rock festival, drove 4 hours after work to get there at 12am and be told they didn’t have our booking. When asked we were told by the front desk she was new and had no idea but the owner said it was an error in the system which made them not receive my reservation. I booked a year in advance. Would not give a number for customer service through the hotel. »
