"Stayed here last night for OSU graduation. Very nice, clean, affordable room. Lots of fun places to walk to (Book Loft, Staub’s Coffee). Quiet room. We brought our bikes to ride the Scioto trail to precommencement on Saturday and graduation on Sunday, super close.Owner is super nice, let us keep car in parking lot after check out so we could bike all day."

"The room was excellent. Very clean and well laid out for our comfort and convenience. Staff was courteous. The exterior is in some disrepair i.e. roof is end-of-life, landscaping was poorly maintained and we were very disappointed in the display of a torn and tangled American Flag. All of which created a poor first impression. However, We would stay again."

"The customer service was great. I had a emergency situation at my house had to relocate for a few days. Stress free check in and very helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room was a little outdated but clean. House keeper was very nice also .Will stay again in the future."

"Stuck 5 days due to weather. Staff was friendly, allowed our puppy and cat. Almost last day sheets slipped and when fixing noticed a gross stain on mattress cover that had not been washed. Floor was fairly dirty at check in as well. However they allowed a very late (3pm) checkout so we weren’t sitting out in the cold waiting to check in for our 6:30pm flight without an extra charge. Very thankful even if it was a little dirty."

"If you are looking for super inexpensive, this is for you. For less than half the price of a downtown hotel, I stayed in a clean, quiet, everything-works motel. The owners are refurbishing a motel evidently closed for many years; big parts of it are not open and are under construction. Has long term tenants who work construction in the area, it seems. So if working class neighborhood works for you and your budget is tight, my room came with free WiFi, fridge, microwave, TV screen. Free...

"Woman behind the counter won’t get up and help you with anything. It’s a ridiculous wait and you will not be attended to unless you ring the bell a million times. No microwaves in the room. No maid service every day. Only good thing is no bed bugs"

"We booked this house for my daughter’s graduation from Ohio State. It was very easy to get to and from campus as well as close to grocery store and shopping. We had 12 people stay and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and the deck and backyard were great so everyone could spread out. Was concerned about parking 6 cars but that was easy too!"
