I can’t say enough about this property. The staff went above and beyond on all fronts. The GM picked me up from the airport (off hours) and told me about the area and hotel offerings that included a shuttle to the local mall, famous grilled cheese sandwishes and cornbread, happy hour buffet etc.. the gym, pool and were spotless. I will definitely be back again.

Super neat and clean hotel with lots of parking. Rooms and property are super clean. Eaay to access, gas station and checkers across the street. Easy access to othwr shopping. Will stay here for my next shopping trip.

The room was equipped with a kitchen, spacious bathroom, free wifi and parking. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast included lots of variety including hot food. It is relatively close to the airport. The only restaurant within walking distance is a restaurant at the neighbouring hotel. Overall a great place to stay.

A fantastic hotel! Wonderful, friendly staff. Easy to find. Convenient location. A mix of restaurants right next door (we loved Chuy'S!!) Breakfast was simple but well stocked and tasty. Our room was spotless. The only complaint I would have...we had to go home! This is a great place to stay! If I'm ever back in Houston, I'm keeping this place on speed dial!!!

Very nice upgraded room also very spacious.

The property looks new, well kept. The complementary shuttle was useful. However, Downtown Houston still another 25mins drive. there is no much around that location unless you got a vehicle.

Conveniently located within 20 minutes of IAH, nice quiet, clean place with cheerful hotel attendants.

Property was only minutes from the IAH airport! Very clean! Staff was so nice and the beds were comfortable! Great buffet breakfast! Would definitely stay here again!

I’m not sure it’s possible to say enough good things about the staff during this stay. The customer service was extraordinary. After checking in, my room key didn’t open my door; when I returned to the front desk, I was, without asking, issued a voucher for a free breakfast. When I asked why I was being given that, she replied, “you shouldn’t have had to come down. Hopefully this makes up for it.” Also, I booked my stay here almost solely because of the guest-use laundry facilities. After seeing...

So nice and convenient at the airport, service at the hotel restaurant was absolutely fantastic!!

No issues, all good
