She's incredibly responsive and was there to answer any question that I had. This was my first VRBO experience. My only comment we were expecting an air conditioned house. When we arrived we found an in window air conditioning unit. Fortunately it wasn't too hot at night because the property is on a fairly busy road. Each room has great fans to keep rooms cool at night so we didn't have to open windows (not sure if they could be opened TBH). Other than that I always bring kitchen essentials wherever I travel (ex-Chef). The kitchen had plenty of back up items that did the trick. The backyard is fantastic. BBQ lit on the first try.
