"The pool was closed, the carpet was gross. The shower head was broken you had to hold it to shower And bathroom floor was not ok. I showered in my flip flops. We didn’t have bedding for the pull out. The plug in by the bed was broken. We won’t stay again."

"The room was amazing, but the bathtub and the shower were both dirty, we asked about having them cleaned and we were told it had to be scheduled only after we had already been checked in.
