The property is absolutely beautiful, and spotless clean. The horses were great fun to watch outside our deck. Very quiet, but be prepared to go without television. Good time to catch up on some reading

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed with a cozy feel. One of the best stays we've had in a while (at this price point). Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

This place was great! Cheryl and Larry are the best! Super accommodating and genuinely nice people. The cabin was well stocked, had everything you needed for cooking, laundry etc. If i'm ever in Buffalo again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
