"I was sent a link prior to arrival of the front door code and told that the door to the apartment would be unlocked and the keys would be on the table. When I arrived I was able to get in the apartment but there were no keys. There was a keyless entry option on the door but I was not given the code. I tried to contact the number listed multiple times and no one answered/responded. I could not get the safe in the room to reset to use either. After a long day of travel I was unable to leave my...
