"The hotel with very clean room is easily reachable from Interlaken West station. It’s a mere 5-7mins stroll. It can also be reached via bus (#21) in less than 3mins. It can’t be missed as there is a colorful display of umbrellas outside the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Eateries are within reach in 5mins. A 10-12mins stroll will bring you to the tram ride up to Harder Kulm! We did not try the breakfast menu so we can’t comment but a good breakfast is easily reachable within 5mins walk! We will stay here again if we come back to Interlaken!"

"We absolutely loved our time here! We stayed at multiple hotels over our three week trip to the alps in early September and hotel Fassbind was definitely our favorite place we stayed at! Linda and Dani are the most incredible hosts. We talk daily about how we miss “Dani’s Breakfast” where he would tell us stories while we ate delicious bread, cheese, and meats. Heidi and Klara, the two Burnese Mountain Dogs are adorable and love to hang around the guests! The view from the room was incredible. We enjoyed sitting out on the private balcony at night to watch the sunset on the mountains, and the neighborhood is so peaceful. You can sometimes even hear the cowbells from the nearby cows grazing. We can’t say enough about Hotel Fassbind and we can’t wait to come back! Molly & Deven"

"This property was lovely. The interior was spacious and clean. We used this property as a home base for a week in the Interlaken area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook a meal if dining in. This apartment is way up on a cliff and about a 20 minute drive down a steep mountain to downtown interlaken. This did not bother us however the road is very narrow and a little nerve racking. But, I am afraid of heights so not sure that’s important. This is a ground level unit and did not have much of a view of the lake Thun below as we had anticipated. But over all I would stay here again and make memories here again. "

"Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!"

"Beautiful, perfect, modern, family-friendly apartment with all the amenities you need. Stunning views - you can spend your entire vacation just relaxing in the balcony watching the mountains and lake, and the moon rise behind them. Beatenberg is such a lovely village 30 mins up in the hills, far away from the commercialness of Interlaken. And this is not even the best part - Marianne is so awesome and such a gracious host. She and her crew treated us with such love, care and respect. They even received us at the bus stop - thank you ! We are definitely coming back again."
