"Great location near the metro and bus stations and out of the business of downtown. Only twenty minutes to Altstadt. The room was large and modern. Maid was nice. Beds were very comfortable and shower was good. There is a grocery store a block away. Negative: Front desk staff never smiled and were often put out when we asked for something. One girl even rolled her eyes when we asked for ice, (despite the staff telling us we just needed to request it and it wouldn’t be a problem). They never acknowledged us unless we were standing directly in front of them and staring at them. They put a lot it pressure on us to include breakfast in our stay even though we said no several time. But I would still stay here again because of the cleanliness, convenience and beds."

"Very well located just at the train station. It is a cozy little hotel and the price is affordable. The room , while small , is sufficiently equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only problem is the water heater which malfunction on the final day and the technician was unable to fix the problem. I will recommend this hotel to any budget conscious traveller seeking for a convenient hotel to stay"
