- This beautiful new house of 100 m2 with private pool and pool house is located in la gaude 12 km from the beaches and can accommodate 6 people.
It has 3 bedrooms, one with a terrace (2 upstairs) 2 bathrooms 2 toilets a fully equipped modern kitchen open to the dining room and living room.
An outdoor lounge and 6 sun loungers to relax, a plancha and a summer kitchen complete this superb rental.
The private car park can accommodate 3 cars with automatic gate. The garden is completely fenced and sheltered from view.
