Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons passé une excellente semaine à Nice et dans les environs. L'appartement est idéalement situé, offre une vue splendide et dispose de tous les équipements de confort. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Une vue magnifique dans une rue calme et près de Nice
Un emplacement exceptionnel pour explorer Nice, Cannes, St Tropez et Monaco, Italie. On se lache pas de cette vue magnifique et de cette terrasse superbe pour profiter pleinement des vacances. Host/ gérants très agréable et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé des belles vacances.

Une vue époustouflante
Excellent séjour que nous avons passé à cet endroit. Florence est très conviviale et disponible. Ce fut un plaisir de venir séjourner chez elle. Excellent accueil. La vue est magnifique, encore plus belle que sur les photos. L’appartement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous reviendrons pour sur. Nous n’avions plus envie de quitter cette si belle vue sur Nice.

Wonderful Place
The location is amazing, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The bus stop is right down the street, which makes commute super easy, the grocery store is a walking distance away. There is a very nice hike from the house with a beautiful view. The best part was having coffee in the morning with the view and wine at night with the same view different setup. The property manager was outstanding with welcoming, giving information and answering every question we had. When we go again we will definitely try to get this place again!

Nizza im März 2024
Der Blick und die Lage der Wohnung sind spektakulär. Man überblickt den Hafen und die Rade von Nizza. Für Sonnenanbeter die ideale Wohnung! Für Anreisende mit PKW ist wichtig, die Garage ist nur für Kleinwagen geeignet. Florence als Gastgeberin ist sehr charmant und hilfsbereit.

It's the VIEWS!
We chose this apartment mostly for the wrap-around terrace with such amazing views of the Port de Nice, Nice Ville, the Baie des Ange's, and the Cap de Nice. It's also right on the bus route to the Port for the tram to the Centre Ville, and for the bus to St. Jean Cap Ferrat where we like to walk. Florence (and her husband) were good hosts, there if needed but not obtrusive. We had a great time!

The perfect place!
The place is located in a residential area not far from "downtown". The apartment is well furnished and equipped. You have stunning views of the sea and the "Baie des Anges". We enjoyed a lot having our lunches and dinners on the terrace. We felt like being at home. We definitely had great vacation. If we ever had a chance to go back to Nice we would like to stay at Florence's property again.

Traumhafter Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Penthouse sehr genossen. Da stimmte wirklich alles. Die Terrasse umrundet das Penthouse, sodass man je nach Bedarf den ganzen Tag Sonne oder Schatten hat. Gekrönt wird das Ganze von einem geschlossenen kleinen "Wintergarten", der die Terrasse auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzbar macht. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und enthält einfach Alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Gastgeberin überzeugt durch ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Amazing Stay in Nice
Our stay in Nice was truly marvellous! The apartment was in a nice residential area and so well located to go everywhere - Nice and surrounding towns. We wanted for nothing in the apartment - everything was provided. The view really made our holiday special as we ate our meals most of the evenings there - no need to go anywhere else — we would definitely come back!

We will be back!
We had a great stay at Florence’s place. The balcony is awesome. The covered area came in handy when it rained. The inside is even better than pictured - plenty of room, very clean and the elevator is so nice after walking around and up the city. Florence was very helpful and available before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful 10 days over the rooftops of Nice
We, with our grownup daughter, spend 10 days in this wonderful apartment with the most beautiful view over the port and sea of Nice. Although the building is old the apartment was partially renovated and from Florence the interior design is spot on. The apartment includes everything that is needed but we actually never used the kitchen. During the process of booking the apartment, i had to email Florence many times and she immediately, within minutes, responded. Also when checking in and out she was there answering all questions and explaining everything. She also gave us many tips for example when we wanted to go for dinner at a nice restaurant, she recommended one of our favourite of the trip. The location could not be better, a couple minutes away by car from a grocery store. Port, old town and restaurants were in walking distance or one can take the bus which stops right in front of the apartment. The beach was also in walking distance but the area we went is private and small but its not a sand beach meaning it might be a bit uncomfortable to sit after a while. Distance to walk to the old city might not be for everyone we always took the car and parked at the port parking area which is at a perfect location, not too expensive and a few minutes away from the old city. Also, we have to mention the last bus that drove was at 20:30 which might be a bit early if you go out for dinner in the evening. If i would have to criticise something it would be that although its nice and useful that the toilet is separate from the shower but we felt that a sink would be useful in there too, the shower outside on the terrace is just a prop. Florence offered many towels and bedsheets even beach towels also the bed was very comfortable and the AC in the bedroom was very useful. Florence offered a parking spot which was just good for our car but not for bigger cars. In conclusion, we enjoyed our holidays and we would love to go back anytime. We highly recommend it and we thank Florence for everything which made our stay in Nice so conformable.

Stunning views from a wonderful penthouse
Florence is s wonderful hostess. The apartment is warm and cozy with spectacular views from every room. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms had lots of storage space. There is a wrap around deck with access from almost every room. Great views of Nice, the Baie des Anges, and the Port. Easy access to the city with a grocery nearby. There are quiet beaches nearby with great swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.

Fantastische Lage, zum genießen.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: Fantastischer Blick über den Hafen, Innenstadt noch in Gehweite, ansonsten Bus fast vor der Haustür, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Zustand der Immobilie ist einwandfrei, wenn auch der Charme der 70er Jahre manchmal die Größe von Bad und WC etwas überdecken muss. Ideal für 2 Personen, wenn man eine gewisse Großzügigkeit schätzt. Florence (und ihr Vater) sind sehr charmante Gastgeber.
