The property was very clean from when you walk in to the hotel and the guest room. The staff was really professional and was always ready to help with questions or if you need reservations in Nice or surrounding cities. I will definitely book with the this double tree again and highly recommend to anyone looking for conveniency to public transportation, uber, and 15 min walk from downtown area and beach.

Travelled with family including a two year old toddler. Hotel was very modern and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. A cot was placed in the room at our request. Buffet Breakfast was a nice start to the morning. Hotel is located in a very busy area of town but it was a straightforward walk to the beach and right next door to the train station for trips along the coast. Lots of trams and transport connections nearby too. We had a lovely stay and I’d go there again.

We are a family of 4 with young adult children and a small dog. We had such a luxurious stay at the Hilton in Nice. It was wonderful and I found every single member of staff extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms are fabulous, sound proof and seriously comfy. One to return to for sure.

Hotel in a great location. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast isn't the best. Every day we had to physically ask for bread and some days they didn't have any. You would think bread would be the basic necessity to have. Also there were no cups for your beverages and that was something you had to ask for. One day a staff member had to physically pick cups from the table, wash them and bring them to us.

This was an overall excellent experience. 5 nights for business - the staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice, and it felt peaceful although it's centrally located in a bustling area of the city. Highly recommended for business or as a base to explore.

The room was a good size, well appointed with a good city view. Whilst we never used the amenities, they had a rooftop restaurant and a gym. The location is fantastic, right by the city tram station and the trams.

There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property. It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful.
