Take advantage of this fully equipped property (70sqm), its super central location making it easy -to discover Nice and enjoy a walk on the famous Promenade des Anglais with its turquoise sea only 5min away. The living room is very spacious and allows you to eat together with family or friends, sit together and make plans for the day ahead. Use the large very well equipped kitchen to prepare great meals if you prefer to cook at home and with the air conditioning you won't get too hot. Please be aware that you have to climb ca 20 stairs to reach the lift of the building and exiting on the 4th floor, you have to go down about 15 stairs to get to the apartment on the 3,5 floor. Please take into account that the apartment has only one separate toilet. I mentioned this to the the lady that opened for us and she explained that it was because they had rain. However, after 3 days the place wreaked of sewer smell. Additionally, the shower drain did not drain and water backed up until it overflowed the shower pan. While showering you had to keep turning the water off until some eventually went down the drain. A maintenance person did come to the house and removed a filter and this rectified the issue. The elevator at the the apartment only worked on the day we arrived. After that it was six flights of stairs up and 6 down. ##### Stephanie V.
