Located downtown, just off the popular Thames St., enjoy walkability to local shops, liquor store, cafes, parks and even the harbor in just minutes. Conveniently ground-level with a private entrance, walk right into the condo's open living space with living/sleeping/and dining all in one. The condo offers a petite full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal...but why would you when you can walk 5 minutes for a fresh lobster roll? Fall asleep to cable TV or your own streaming services in the cozy queen-size bed and wake up to a fresh cup of Keurig or fresh drip coffee.
