Perched above the area's storefronts this loft offers easy access to everything Newport has to offer. Each of the two bedrooms are outfitted with king size beds, en-suite bathrooms and flat screen TVs. There is also an additional loft with pull out sofa and en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The large open concept living area unites the kitchen, living and dining areas to a space perfect for gatherings of all sizes. \*\*\*Cancellation Policy\*\*\*Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION: Guest agrees to the following: To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. This place was amazing. The photos and description are spot on. You can’t beat the location. Right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. We parked in the two appointed spots for the unit and didn’t need to drive anywhere. You can walk to everything easily. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom which was perfect. We didn’t need to contact the owner because all instructions are easy to follow. The apartment was lovely, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. I do wish the 3rd bedroom had a door and a regular bed in it instead of an old standard "bar in your back" sofa bed. It seems a waste of a room. But we made things work and had no issues. Check-in and parking were a breeze and the elevator was a must-have for luggage and for our disabled family member. This was heard at breakfast time and at night when the people came home. Never out of control, but if you are looking for a quiet get away this is not the spot for you.
