Charming house with AC in Burton - Perfect for a relaxing getaway!


Escape to a serene lakeside retreat at "Paddles Up" overlooking the tranquil Little Punderson
Lake. Whether you're casting a line for a peaceful day of free fishing or enjoying a relaxing view of the shimmering waters from the beautiful deck, this is the perfect getaway to unwind and connect with nature.

With stunning lake views and complimentary fishing your stay promises a
rejuvenating experience right at your doorstep. Come, relax, and make unforgettable memories
on the water!

Paddles up is located right on the lake. We have a strict no pet policy. The kitchen has a wall of
windows to take in the scenic views. The first floor bedroom is set up with a bunk bed, full size
mattress on bottom and a twin on top. Upstairs you will find an open living area. The couch has a
pull-out full-size mattress. The second floor also has a half bathroom. The master bedroom is
located on the second floor with spectacular views of the lake. The master features a king size
bed along with its own master bathroom. A nominal cleaning fee ensures you can fully enjoy
your vacation without worrying about a long chore list, leaving you more time to relax and make
the most of your stay.

***Please note - House sleeps 6 in beds, if sleeping double occupancy in all **** Also no boats or kayaks are provided. The lake only allows electric boats****

Little Punderson Lake community can be accessed by walking or by bike. The little beach and
big beach are about a 3 minute walk. Fishing can be done right from the back yard as well as
around the 26 acre lake. All docks are open to use for fishing.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Gather used towels Please leave all your used towels on the floor. Throw trash away There is a green trash bin on the side of the house if you could please throw all trash away before you leave.
Turn things off Turn off lights and set air to 79. Lock up Please ensure that the back sliding door, side door, and front entrance are all securely locked before you leave.
Inspect the refrigerator and discard any unused food items. Condiments may be left behind. Trash collection is scheduled for Monday mornings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
