Thank you for your feedback. As you know, we did move your room as requested based on your assumption of 'bugs' in the room. Our front desk supervisor and engineer went to the room and did not note anything. As our protocol requires, we had our exterminator come and inspect the room. The inspection found no evidence of any bugs or insect activity.I understand you had allergy requirements, and we are always happy to prepare the room for any guests' specific needs, if and when we know prior to arrival.
