« While the owner Ashu was pleasant and the staff tried to be very accomodating to our needs, unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for future bookings. The place is next to a main highway and we could hear the truck horns all night long. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed as even though they had just come back from the cleaners they had what appeared to be grease stains on them and the bedding was ripped in certain areas. « Le quartier est très dur, même pour New Delhi. L'agence gouvernementale du tourisme nous a même demandé de quitter ce quartier et nous a amener dans un quartier plus safe. L'hôtel est sale, vieux, déglingué, le patron est "neutre" les draps troués, ca sent mauvais, etc et encore une fois même avec les standards indiens. Je ne comprends pas la note de 8,2 sur cet hotel, sans doute sont-ils faux. »

« Hey its an Indian hotel, so its much lower than western style hotels. My first night i was put in a new room on the other side of the alley. Next might back to the main hotel. The rooms were so different, first was new & clean, second was old & dirty! »

« Hôtel exécrable. Après un accueil en dessous de tout, nous avons été conduis dans une chambre sale. Les photos ne reflètent absolument pas la qualité des chambres. La plupart des commentaires qui concernent cet hôtel (notamment Google) sont faux (chose récurrente pour les hôtels de Delhi). Seul aspect positif : l'AC (clim) était fonctionnelle. « Hotel booked online well before and confirmed. At the arrival, hotel reception denied a room saying property is full. I could not stay in that hotel and walked out. »
